We are producing Plate Heat Exchangers since 1995.
In our product range we have gasketed as well as brazed Plate Heat Exchangers in fourteen dimensions, capacity up to 15 MW for tm=21 C. Materials that we use are stainless steel AISI 316 and AISI 304 made by AVESTA POLARIT and THYSSEN KRUPP. For gasket, material we use EPDM formula by BAYER and HEMIGUM. We are completely equipped with technology, tools and presses for this kind of production.
Over ten thousand units are in function in heat stations all over the Serbia. Momentarily we are exporting to France, Belgium, Holland, Greece, Poland and Turkey. We have our representative in France and Holland. We are Exhibiting at KGH (International Congress on Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning, Belgrade), International Fair of Technique and Technical Achievements- Belgrade, AHR Expo - United States and Exhibits in Russia.
GASKETED PHEs
This kind of exchangers first of all are used in district heating systems of residential objects, but also used for preparation of sanitary water as well as
in process industr. and food industry. We made them in nine sizes with connections from 3/4" till DN125.
Basic feature of this units are small dimensions which allow storage in minimal space.
All materials that have contact with liquid are made from stainless steel.
BRAZED PHEs
-first of all are used for refrigerant technology as well as in district heating systems.
Brazed PHEs are developed by special highly sophisticated technology of brazing in special conditions.
We made them in five plate sizes with connections from 1/2" till DN80.
In district heating systems we achieve 10 kW till 1.500 kW.
